Quality Manager Job Overview This position is responsible for overseeing customer quality, supplier quality management and plant quality assurance within our manufacturing facilities both in China and oversea. This role will lead team to meet customer satisfaction and high product quality standard. He/She will work with cross functional team to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: ?Develop and implement the overall quality management strategy, establish oversea quality team align with relevant quality standards, regulations, certifications, company objectives and best practices ?Lead, mentor and motivate to create culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement ?Develop and implement quality management system and process to ensure compliance with industry standard and customer requirement ?Establish and maintain effective relationships with customer and address any concern or issue promptly ?Review customer feedback and understand customer expectations of product and service ?Monitor and evaluate production process, determine the quality, engaging with customer and gathering product feedback ?Lead quality team to conduct regular audits, inspections and tests to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards ?Analyze quality data to identify trends, problems, root cause and opportunities for improvement, define the action plan and drive correct/prevent actions ?Collaborate with cross function especially engineering team early define quality target ?Continuous evaluate and improve process to enhance product quality, reduce defects and increase efficiency. Champion lean six sigma and quality improvement methodology to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement ?Collaborate with procurement team to assess and qualify supplier, regular supplier audit to ensure product quality and supplier quality requirement ?Maintain accurate record of quality related, highlight key performance indicator and improvement initiatives Qualification: ?Bachelor degree in engineering, quality management or related field ?Over 10 years’ experience in quality, across AQE, PQE, CQE is better ?Strong leadership and team management ability, with the capacity to motivate and develop a high-performance team ?Fluent English both oral and written ?Connector industry background is preferred
