JOB PURPOSE
Being responsible for docs of sea shipments. Ensure high accuracy and productivity to support operations output and perform all in view of our operational excellence.
负责海运文件事宜，按质按量完成文件工作以确保操作顺利进行。

Functional Responsibility
Receive booking instruction from CS/OP, and file in AS ,following up with Job No.& HBL & Billing & cargo released.
根据客服和操作的要求, 在AS400 完成建单， 出提单、做账单、放单等后续事宜
Check the bill of lading with customer timely
及时与客户核对提单信息
Summit AMS,AFR,ENS as required.
根据目的港相应要求进行AMS、AFR、ENS的舱单申报。
The entry of accounts receivable and payable and check, production costs to confirm the financial billing; The sorting of documents and document filing.
应收和应付费用的录入和核对，制作费用确认单交财务开票；单证及文档的整理归档；
Complete other matters arranged by supervisor.
完成上级所安排的其他事宜。
Personal Capabilities & Education
???College degree or above (logistics/foreign trade or related major preferred)
专科及以上学历（物流/外贸或相关专业毕业优先）
Be carefully, serious, good communication, good teamwork spirt, open and clear character, can under the strong working pressure.
认真细心,善于沟通，有良好的团队协作精神；性格开朗，能承受一定的工作压力；
Familiar with office software, good listening and speaking ability, good communication with overseas agent independently.
熟悉office办公软件；有良好的英语书写能力，能独立与海外代理及客户沟通
?Over one year trading business op experience, familiar with a single to the end mode.
有货代业务指定货操作1年以上经验，熟悉一单到底模式优先
