1.协助质量经理完善质量管理体系建设，确保质量体系的有效运行，体系文件的编写、报批、发行回收、修改等管理工作及质量管理工作的持续改进。
Assist the Quality Manager in improving the quality management system, ensuring the effective operation of the quality system, including the preparation, approval, issuance, recovery, and modification of system documents, as well as continuous improvement of quality management work.

2.负责制定产品质量规划、制定产品质量计划。
Responsible for formulating product quality plans and strategies.

3.负责公司原料及外协品质量控制、过程质量控制、响应客诉，做出快速反应及长效改善措施。
Responsible for quality control of company raw materials and outsourced products, process quality control, responding to customer complaints, and implementing quick responses and long-term improvement measures.

4.参与新项目开发验证，确保产品符合客户及法规要求，并记录和完成相关报告。
Participate in the development and validation of new projects to ensure that products meet customer and regulatory requirements, and document and complete relevant reports.

5.负责收集统计产线及供应商质量数据，分析质量问题，持续改善质量控制措施、方法，提高公司产品质量水平；定期发布质量相关报告。
Responsible for collecting and analyzing quality data from production lines and suppliers, identifying quality issues, continuously improving quality control measures and methods, and enhancing the company's product quality level. Regularly publish quality-related reports.

6.质检员工作计划安排，团队管理。
Responsible for planning and scheduling the work of quality inspectors and managing the team.

7.部门内部其他工作。

要求：
Requirements:
1.理工类本科及以上学历，金属材料、机械类专业，具有国际焊接工程师资格优先，英语可工作交流。
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, materials science, or mechanical engineering. Preference will be given to candidates with International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification. Proficient in English for business communication.
2. 3年以上同岗位工作经验，熟悉机加工件、焊接产品品质管理，ISO9000体系建设及管理经验。
More than 3 years of experience in a similar position, familiar with quality management of machined parts and welding products, and experience in ISO9000 system construction and management.
3. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
