Who you are：
The main purpose of the position is to ensure the material received and used on products fulfil the quality requirements.
The main activities including:
?Mechanical property test and chemical composition analysis
?Material receipt inspection & Material traceability

About the job:

● Handle quality aspects directly related to manufacturing processes/products Participate/conduct customers/suppliers audit Handle quality related Nonconformity/observations/comments.
● Carry out mechanical property test and chemical composition analysis (Spectral analysis) of steel materials according to the test rules and determine whether the test results comply with relevant standards.
● Work out/maintain test procedures based on production design code (Class rule, EN Etc.)
● Day-to-day management of the laboratory.
● Carry out material receipt inspection according to PO, such as material surface, size, marking, etc.
● Check the material certificate contents meet corresponding standard requirements.
● Register and maintain material certificates in QCM system.
● Release the material to production and ensuring that materials are used correctly.
● Prepare traceability reports.
● Prepare and follow up NCR of non-conforming materials.
● Coordinate with team members and authority.
● Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by the supervisor.
● Support to promote and manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality area, in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality Strategy.

What you know：

● University degree or above, Major in Metal Materials, Mechanical Engineering, Boiler and Pressure Vessel, etc.
● At least 5 years of working experience in material control, and familiarity with related metal materials standards (GB, EN, ASTM, etc.).
● Experience with mechanical property test and spectrum analysis, and holding corresponding qualification certificates (spectral analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical properties), Spectrum analysis qualification certificates are preferred.
● Positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
● Dare to accept challenges and withstand work pressure.
