2. Design and create products/solutions and lead the market trends.
3. R&D new project management with cross-function teams, through our APQP process.
4. Continuous improvement for existing products for cost\quality\Efficiency\DFx…
5. Review and approve component tools.
6. Setup product specification and test standard, and work with Agency approval.
7. Work with attorney to apply patent on creative solution and protect our IP.
8. Customer quality and technical support.

Requirement:
1. Engineering degree, mechanical/engineering major preferred.
2. Five years of electro-mechanical products design.
3. Project management skills, PMP certification preferred.
4. Proficiency in either Pro/Engineer or Solidworks and Auto-CAD.
5. Good reading and written in English. Effective communication skills.
6. Experience at stamping / molding / electronics process.
7. Invention patent inventor preferred.
8. Familiar with six-Sigma and SPC knowledge and tools preferred.
