责任

2. 2D绘图创建，3D建模。

4. BOM建立与维护，包括:
a. BOM的配置和录入ERP系统。
b.新图号代码创建。
c.图号代码特征创建。
d. BOM修改。
5. 生产技术支持。
6. 图纸控制和管理。
7. 生产工装或模具设计。
8. 检验工装或模具设计。

QMMC is a wholly French invested company based in Qingdao Pingdu since 2006. Our company specializes in industrial axles, suspensions and brakes design and manufacturing, weldments structures and various other mechanical products. Our axles are used mainly in the fields of agricultural machinery, airport ground equipment, handling and other applications requiring heavy duty axles for low speed and heavy loads in off the road applications.

We are seeking a Mechanical Designer to assist our Engineering Team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, have confidence in your capabilities with experience in mechanical engineering design this might be a role for you!


Qualifications:

University degree in Engineering
5 years’ experience using SolidWorks/SolidEdge
Knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment


Responsibilities

1. Products configuration according to customer’s requirements.
2. 2D Drawing creating, 3D modeling.
3. Production of manufacturing drawings and creating.
4. ERP design BOM maintenance, including:
a. BOM configuration and inputting to ERP system.
b. New article code creation.
c. Article code feature creation.
d. BOM modifications.
5. Technical support for production.
6. Drawing control and managements.
7. Production jig or tool design.
8. Inspection jig or tool design.
