Job purpose ? Design and implement a strategic operational business plan that expands company’s customer base, customer satisfaction and profitable growth ? Control and Monitor cost related to each job. ? Managing budgets, P&L responsibility ? Participate to standardized operational process and monitoring system to complete accurate shipment flow ? Define and follow standard operating procedure, proactively create, manage and monitor the operations function KPI’s ? Coordinate with external & internal stakeholders for any operation work related to each shipment i.e., freight, truck, customs, documentation, billing etc ? Provide reports (tracking, status report etc) to customers as required ? Build good working relation, negotiate, close deals and handle complaints or objections with stakeholders ? Focus to maximize GP to company through upselling and cost management; strengthen the engagement with network and drive value through the network. ? Own recruiting, target setting, coaching and performance monitoring of operation team ? Foster a professional, respectful and welcoming work environment, while maintaining standards for personal and operational excellence. ? Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standard including Thai law and regulations ? Others responsibilities as assigned by line manager and company requirement
