Job purpose
Arrange the shipments and make sure all containers can be shipped smoothly.
Main tasks and responsibilities
? Receive and arrange booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs clearance, and payment settlement
? Produce ocean BL and other related documents (SI/manifest/VGM)
? Responsible for inputting accounts revenue and cost on system
? Complete system on time
? Issue TAX invoice or DN
? Outstanding follow
? Responsible for process overseas agency business case.
? Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
