1. 绩效 Performance
1.1确保车间所有维修方面的绩效指标达到期望的要求，特别是停机率及平均无故障时间。 Make sure all Pressshop maintenance indicators reflect expectations，especially Breakdown rate & MTBF.
1.2和部门经理一起确定维修的目标,并通过行动计划来实现。（现状VS改进）：如停机、缺勤、事故数、合理化建议…… Define, together with the Department manager, targets for (improvement versus actual situation): downtime, absenteeism, number of accidents, improvement ideas…
1.3作为支持功能参与生产主管召开的设备可靠性周会，月会以及QRCI，帮助改进生产线绩效 As support function to attend machine reliability weekly meeting, monthly meeting and QRCI by UAP Supervisor, improve UAP performance.
1.4问题反应：发现问题、采取纠正措施、寻求支持、采取纠正和预防行动 React in case of a problem: take care of immediate containment, call support functions, build corrective action plans
2. 日常管理工作Assure daily management
2.1一半的时间在现场：与小组成员一道，完成日常维修/维护工作 50% time presence on the Shop floor: daily contact with all team members, close management of the maintenance
2.2监督生产线员工与设备维修技术员的维护保养执行结果：每周对维护完成情况进行审核 Supervise UAP and maintenance technician pre-maintenance result: Weekly audit for pre-maintenance result.
2.3培训维修技术员如何完成维护工作 Coach maintenance technician in how to perform the preventive maintenance.
2.4协助解决问题 Support and help to fix problems
2.5确保纪律，严格要求（工作服、作息时间……） Ensure discipline and rigor (work wear, break times, working hours…)
2.6保证遵守安全指导，按照安全程序作业 Ensure the respect of safety instructions, policies and procedures
3. 根据部门需求，填写PR申请 PR application according to department requirement.
4. 保证和部门经理和其他部门的透明和及时沟通Ensure transparent and timely communication with Dept, Manager and other staff
5. 部门经理交给的其他临时工作Others temporary job given by Dept, Manager
岗位任职资格Position Qualification
1. 大专及以上机械相关专业，汽车零部件制造行业2年以上设备或维修工作经验 College or above, majoring in machinery；At least 2 years Equipment working experience in Production Plant in Manufacturing Industrial
2. 设备的维护检修技术 Fine press machine preventive and repair technology.
3. 电气知识 Electric Knowledge
4. 机械知识 Mechanism Knowledge
5. 了解佛吉亚体系 Understand FES
6. 一、二级设备维护 Maintenance level 1, level 2
7. 维修设备 Equipment maintenance
8. 报警流程 Alarm Process
9. 精益生产相关知识 Knowledge on lean manufacture
10. 了解5S并执行本岗位的5S Understand 5S and deploy
11. 全员设备管理 TPM
