1. To be primary point of contact for the customer, selling services across business units (DC & TANK & Freight Forwarder ) with a specific focus on the assigned business unit. 2. Proactively solicits Tank container business from existing and increase volume of ISO Tanks. 3. Maintain existing customer relations as well as expand our customer base with new ones, whilst keeping your customer portfolio up-to-date at all times. 4. Visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built with the operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customers’ requirements. 5. Participate in development of businesses locally or overseas & sharing best practices actively with the rest of the sales team. 6. Creates awareness of all our company services in the area to magnify market influence and generate future sales. 7. Based on organizational policies, complete tracking report and relevant files regularly. 8. Ability to have a competitive intelligence and occasionally carry out marketing studies and repot to your manager. 9.To complete all required sales activities (calls, visits, leads, opportunities). 10.All other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years' sales experience in freight forwarder. Multinational company experience is preferable. 2.Bachelor or above in Business, Logistics, Chemical or related field 3.Familiar with BD management and have a certain understanding of the international freight forwarding operation process. 4. Good command in English & Mandarin. 5.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. 6.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, ability to lead and train new colleagues. 7.Ability to influence and build a wide range of collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels. 8.A keen sense of market changes, and ability to support and provide dynamic market analysis. 9.Self motivated, teamwork, result oriented and able to work under pressure. 10.Basic computer skills - especially MS office - Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Outlook.
