岗位职责：
Driving Commercial Activities

1. Oversee the submission of commercial proposals & bids to customers.
2. Negotiating contractual terms & conditions with customers and resolve payment, claim or any dispute with customers.
3. Win and achieve targets for sales growth and profitability of the business.
4. Work with other departments in China to gain maximum potential business opportunities.
5. Work along with European Marketing Rep to develop business opportunity.
6. Propose new initiative to improve the business.

Building and Leading a Team

7. Design & implement an optimal organization structure and clear reporting line.
8. Select, motivate & lead the team

Improving Operations

9. Manage and ensure local vendor(s) are competent to deliver the services.
10. Initiate cost savings through operation efficiency & procurement negotiations.
11. Able to implement a transparent, mechanism for vendor management by negotiate competitive rates. Always protect Company’s interest.

HSEQ and Compliance

12. Together with Country Manager, QHSE Manager and other senior staff, ensure compliance to our Trade, QHSE and Compliance policies.
Manage KPI performance to meet Group and local objective.


任职资格：
1. minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain & Logistics, or related subject. MBA an added advantage
Good working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel.
Able to communicate in English effectively. Comprehension of foreign language is added advantage.
2.A minimum of 10 - 15 years’ experience in marine, logistics and/or offshore sector. Preferably related to project cargo and/or oil & gas sector with special focus in EPCs, Fabrication yard, Shipyard and Offshore sector.
Senior management experience and good knowledge and contacts in the industry
Good relationship with Chinese GLC companies
Track record of building a team or business.
3.Marine logistics commercial knowledge required.
4.Self-motivated, ability to work independently with initiative, self-organizer.
Commitment to delivering excellence with strong focus on exploring market and maintain good client relationship
