JOB PURPOSE
This position is to manage existing business, as well as to deliver customer satisfied daily Air/Ocean Operations to ensure the service agreement is executed at or above customers’ requirements and standards in efficient and cost effective manner.
管理现有的业务, 并提供客户满意的日常空运/海运业务, 以确保有效和成本效益的方式，保证服务协议的执行保持在或高于客户的要求和标准。
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
? Manage daily Air/Ocean operations to make sure the operations carried out smoothly and satisfied customers’ requirements
管理日常的空运/海运业务, 确保操作顺利进行, 达到客户的要求
? To develop and manager local sales activities, and optimize processes as well as profit
开发和维护本地市场相关销售资源,并优化流程和利润
? Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints
依照预算要求管理收入和支出
? Reduce daily operational cost and procurement cost
降低日常运营成本和采购成本
? Maximize staff resources to increase their productivity and reduce overtime

? Monitoring performance of the team and make sure the performance reviews are achieved on time

? Manage, coach and motivate team members to achieve employee job satisfaction

PERSONAL CAPABILITIES & EDUCATION
？ Minum 3 years working experience in a managerial capacity
3年以上相关管理经验
？ Good planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

？ Capability to develop and manage business

？ Possess operation management and interpersonal skills

？ Strong influence and people management skills
