Responsibilities 61 Handling daily spot inquiry from network office and sales. 61 Collecting and prepare ocean products from global /area ocean procurement team. 61 Support procurement team and make sure that information will be shared in a timely manner 61 Align with operations and other stakeholders on specific rate inquiry. 61 Prepare a data base of information for discussion with superiors in Ocean Freight team 61 Handling of RFQ’s and Tender received for any ocean freight business from/to northern China area in terms of pricing and transport solution design. 61 Documentation of all received RFQ’s and Tender, as well as any feedback and the final outcome
Qualifications 61 Bachelor’s degree in business administration with focus on transportation, logistics or supply chain management. Alternatively completed training as a forwarding agent with relevant freight forwarding experience (minimum 3 years) 61 First experience in commercial activities and/or project management related to pricing/tender activities 61 Can speak and write fluent English 61 Fundamental understanding of the Ocean Freight market in northern China area 61 Have strong communication and organizational skills 61 Results oriented mindset 61 Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
