EloAutomated team is seeking a Thermal Engineer, who will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing thermal systems for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and cooling applications. The engineer will contribute to the development of cutting-edge products that enhance energy efficiency, enhance product life, comfort, and sustainability.
The job description includes the skills to convert management strategy into new products and services with the foundation in deep knowledge of the fundamental science. The right candidate should be able to plan and formulate product strategy and present them to Management. The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure that, from initial concept to design all objectives are met or surpassed to optimize our customer’s experience. Key objectives could be Thermal performance, corrosion risk, any regulatory requirements that need to be fulfilled like pressure and electrical regulations.
Key Qualifications:
TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE IN Apply principles of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics to solve complex thermal challenges. Multi-phase heat transfer, conduction, convection (passive and active) Material corrosion for Copper, Aluminium and Stainless steel Numerical modeling techniques for predesigns validations.
A thorough understanding of: Evaporator and condenser coils heat transfer technology Vapor condensation and evaporation technology in heat pump Liquid condenser cooling technology Fans and blowers forced convective heat transfer The ability to think creatively and devise novel solutions. Develop and execute test plans to measure thermal performance/efficiency Develop and publish case studies/technical papers describing thermal analysis of cooling systems
