Responsibilities: Support Sales director to manage regional sales team & hit team’s budget. Lead sales team member to achieve required target & ROI. Sourcing for additional business opportunities to hit individual target. Successful close of new customers business onboard Strategic partnerships with customers for sustainable business continuity and healthy profit growth by New Service or New trade lanes Establish critical link between the customer and internal business units. Achieve a high-level customer engagement, rapport and satisfaction. Work with relevant sales groups across the globe to grow the customer. Prepare and check periodic reports as required by sales director. Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews. Work on RFQ/tenders with respective products, marketing and sales. SFDC inputting as required. Other assignments as required.
Requirements: University Degree Experience (10+ years) within the industry with proven successful sales record and able to map out professional solutions to meet customer's needs Independent, self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Good English skill
