Responsibilities: Be in charge of assigned customers from Sales management or mated sales manager. Secure existing opportunities of assigned customers & enlarge margin per account level by developing new opportunities during actual cooperation. Be co-owner of P&L with mated Sales Managers for assigned customer list. To assist with the preparation of quotations, RFP response, credit limit application, servicing existing customers and other documents as require. To support sales on customer enquire when sales is out visiting customers. To have the general overview of the day-to-day activities of sales shipments. To undertake telemarketing activities to explore sales lead & arrange for appointments for the sales managers. Project Awakening & new lead souring via others for sales To participate joint sales visits with sales manager to build up business relationship. To obtain competitive cost from PSA BDP pricing system or qualified vendors of PSA BDP. To ensure represent the company in a professional and consultative manner to the customers. BDS Report checking & Information rectifying Other assigned tasks by sales management.
Academic Qualifications: Candidate must possess college or bachelor degree
Experiences/Knowledge: At least 2 year(s) of working experience in sales support Proactive & good communication skills Knowledge of end to end supply chain Familiar with up to date Shipment Modes/Types & has know-how about local market Knowledge of Shipping Documentation including Proforma/Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bank Draft , POA, COO, Insurance Certificate etc. Understanding of common INCOTERMS Good reading and writing skill in English (CET-4 or above); Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
