Job Description 1. Responsible for all daily administrative affairs of the company, such as the procurement, distribution, and registration management of office supplies; booking hotel rooms, purchasing plane tickets, train tickets, insurance. 负责公司日常所有行政事务,如办公用口的采购、发放、登记管理等;预定酒店房间,购买机票,火车票,保险。 2. Responsible for the maintenance and management of company office facilities. 负责公司办公设施的维护管理。 3. Coordinate and cooperate with other departments of the company, assist employees in handling various administrative emergencies. 配合和协调公司其他部门相关工作,协助员工处理各种行政突发事情。 4. Understand and strictly enforce various personnel laws and company rules and regulations, assist in handling employee entry, departure work-related matters. 了解并严格执行人事各种法规和公司的规章制度,协助办理员工入职,离职相关工作。 5. Can assist in finance, IT for basic work. 能协助财务,IT 做简单基础工作。 6. Report to superiors in a timely manner and handle other tasks assigned by superiors. 及时向上级汇报及处理上级交办的其他工作任务。 Requirement 1. Proficient in using office software and automation equipments; knowledge of finance and accounting or relevant work experience is preferred. 熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备; 懂财务会计知识或有相关工作经验者优先。 2. Good skilled in communication, coordination and problem-solving, clear work organization, meticulous and responsible, with a global view and a sense of responsibility, honest and stable, humble and eager to learn. 优秀的沟通技能,团队合作和问题解决能力,工作条理清晰,细致认真,有全局观念和责任感, 为人诚实稳重, 谦虚好学。 3. Willing to follow company and leadership arrangements. 服从公司和领导的工作安排。 4. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating, CET4 or above is preferred. 英语四级以上,听说读写熟练者优先。
