职位描述
1. 负责达成公司下达给个人的年度销售及回款预算。
With responsibility for achieving annual individual sales budget and the relevant account receivable collection.
2. 在分管的市场区域,对获取新的生意订单负责。完成公司下达的获取新生意的目标。
Responsible for acquisition new business (or new project) within assigned the customers or market and achieve the individual annual budget.
3. 负责客户新咨询项目的评审、跟踪、价格审批及报价.
--- 负责客户新询价项目的可行性评审并按程序要求输入相关的信息;
Responsible for the feasibility study of the new RFQ with input the relevant information required by the procedure.
--- 负责提出报价建议,填写公司内部报价审批表和PCIS并在给客户报价前获得管理层批准;
Responsible for quotation proposal and prepare the internal approval document & PCIS and get the approval by the management before the quotation.
--- 负责收集客户对报价的反馈,其中包括客户的目标价,我们的价格水平及竞争对手的报价Responsible for collecting the customer’s feedback on our quotation and customers target price as well as the other suppliers price level.
--- 每两周更新一次潜在生意机会追踪表.
Update the biweekly potential business opportunity following-up sheet in time.
--- 对于已获取的新项目,负责组织协调新项目的启动会
For the acquired new project, responsible for leading the internal kick-off meeting.
--- 对于在开发的项目,负责所有工程变更产品的价格重新谈判及客户对模具赔付的谈判
Responsible for renegotiation with customers on the price and tooling expenses of all the EWO products.
4. 负责和客户的价格谈判并在授权的范围内和客户签署销售、价格协议或合同
--- Responsible for the price negotiation with the customers and signing the price or sales agreement / contract with customers within the scope of authorization.
5. 制订个人的月度、年度及未来五年的销售计划
Responsible for working out the rolling monthly sales plan and rolling sales budget for the coming five years.
6. 持续改善与客户的关系
Continually improve the relationship with customers.
7. 对由客户提出的工程更改的产品,要及时通知物流及生产部门,并协助相关部门做好原材料、半成品及成品的库存。如果客户不能完全消化掉我们按照客户订单准备的原材料、半成品和成品库存,销售负责和客户协商解决我们的损失.
For the EWO products required by customers, sales is needed to formally inform our purchasing, logistic, production department timely. And assist the relevant departments to do good controlling the inventory. If the customers cannot digest all our inventory ordered by the customers, sales have to negotiate with the customers for all our lost. .
8. 通报并被告知公司和客户所有的重要信息及业务往来。
Notify and get to know the information and business proceeding in full between Veyance Qingdao and customers.
