Salary Structure:Base Pay + Quarterly Incentives(based on performance) + Guaranteed 13th month Salary + Bonus (based on personal and business performance)

*For your information, base pay range would be 5~10k, quarterly Incentives would be calculated additionally.

Purpose of the role:
This is a “Hunter” role. You will be supported by a collaborative group of logistics, supply chain, and procurement professionals all working together to drive growth. You will demonstrate leadership, integrity, teamwork, and a passion to deliver successful business results in a manner consistent with Ben Line Agencies (BLA) culture, utilizing highly strategic selling techniques.

Success will be obtained by navigating complex sales conditions with target market decision makers and promoting our custom value-added solutions to help solve their unique supply chain challenges. You will also demonstrate BLFS’s value through discovery, presentations, collaboration with senior leadership, and ultimately negotiating and winning new business.

Responsiblities:
1. Prospecting and New Business Strategy 开发及执行新业务战略:
(1) Develop, implement and execute strategies for each identified target business opportunity.
为每个确定的目标商业机会制定、实施和执行策略。
(2) Establish and perform Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual account strategic plans, in line with Global/Regional Sales Strategy and market developments.
根据全球/区域销售策略和市场发展,建立并执行月度、季度和年度客户战略计划。
(3) Execute activities (Prospecting, Lead Follow Up, Relationship Nurturing, Quoting, Sales Calls) to stay on track with New Customer acquisition targets and increasing “Share of Wallet” with existing customers.
执行活动(开发、跟进、培养与潜在客户的关系、获取报价、电话销售),对从新客户获取的业务保持跟踪,并增加与现有客户的业务体量。
(4) Continuously monitor own performance against budget and adjust actions or approach accordingly.
持续关注自己的业绩,与预算比对,并相应地调整行动或方法。
2. Account Management 客户管理:
(1) Develop, maintain and grow the existing relationships with principals/business partners, in line with the agreed SLAs/KPIs per customer needs and to enhance the customer experience and retention.
根据约定的SLA/KPI,按照客户需求发展、维护和增长与主要合作伙伴/商业伙伴的现有关系,以改善客户体验并留住客户。
(2) Function as first line of contact and cooperate with all departments within BLA network to ensure optimal customer service and issue resolution.
作为一线联系人,与BLA体系内的所有部门合作,确保提供最棒的客户服务和问题解决。
(3) Ensure awareness on BLFS’s suite of services within the network, acting as the ambassador for BLA promoting all new offerings, products and solutions.
确保对BLFS网络内的服务套件有所了解,作为BLA的代表,推广所有新的产品、服务和解决方案。
(4) Monitor and analyze active accounts’ volumes, revenue contribution, and overall performance and action accordingly if off track.
关注并分析活跃客户的交易量、收入贡献和整体表现,并在偏离计划时采取相应行动。
(5) Identify and implement cross selling opportunities from the existing BLA array of service offerings.
从BLA现有服务产品线中识别并实施交叉销售的机会。
(6) Submit customer performance analysis to senior management.

3. Tender Management 投标管理:
(1) Identify and pursue tender opportunities (if any) within the existing customer base as well as for new business opportunities, in line with the BLFS Global Tender Process.
识别并跟踪现有客户群中的招标机会(如果有的话),以及符合BLFS全球招标流程的新商机。
(2) Collaborate with the correct stakeholder/team/department, in line with the tender process, to ensuring optimal success for BLFS and the customer.

(3) Manage the development of commercial presentations to relevant stakeholders, as needed.

4. Credit Management 应收管理:
(1) Check and monitor AR for all accounts, in line with the BLFS credit management policy and in cooperation with the Finance Department in order to minimize BLFS exposure to receivable risk.
检查并关注所有账户的应收账款,按照BLFS应收管理政策,并与财务部门合作,以最小化BLFS面临的应收账款风险。
(2) Contribute to the Team’s speedy resolution to such challenges, protecting the interests of BLFS as first priority.

5. Business Optimization Solutions 业务优化解决方案:
(1) Initiate the discussion with internal stakeholders and relevant parties to identify and develop new products and services to help meet customers’ evolving needs.

(2) Identify and share with senior leadership perceived gaps in BLFS services.

Requirements and Capabilities:
Bachelor degree or equivalent is preferred.
优先考虑拥有学士学位或同等学历。
Have a minimum of 2-5 years Senior Level Sales Experience and be familiar with the principles and practices of Supply Chain and Freight Forwarding management, including FCL, LCL, Inland Transportation, Airfreight and Customs Brokerage. Experience in Intra-Asia and Transpacific markets.Warehousing and fulfillment experience is a plus. Procurement experience a plus.

Proven ability to be a team player.

Written and oral fluency in English is preferred.
