Primary Responsibilities:

Set up and update the WI and PEMEA for chemical plating process;

Work with NPI team provide good quotation and document(CTAR,DFM``````) for new project

Provide the technical support for trouble shooting of key project ;

Design and implement the chemical experiments;

Create and maintain the BOM;

Evaluate new chemical and improve process to increase the quality and reduce the cost;

Drive the EC change;

Provide the training for technicians and operators;

Work with QE and other team members solve issue of sample making;

Participate in the Quality issue analysis as a leader.



Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:

Technical proficiency in Microsoft office;

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Positive attitude, initiative, creativity.

Analytical and problem solving abilities.

Good Teamwork sprite;

Good command of spoken and written English.



Educational Required/Desired:

Bachelor degree in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
