provide daily legal consultation to all the legal entities in China, direct reporting to Group company affairs dept. as well to the Chinese legal entities.
- bachelor's degree with PRC lawyer, master's degree is preferred.
- at least 4 years working experience in wholly foreign enterprise or JV
- good English in writing and speaking
- strong understanding of business operations and risk management
- ability to work under pressure and make sound legal decisions
- ability to work for different legal entities at same time and focus on business related issues
