Tasks and Responsibilities
83 Focus on machines in Infra workshop
83 Plan, prioritize, schedule and supervise preventive, corrective maintenance/repair activities (facing emergencies as well)
83 Participate in repair /maintenance procedures developing and implement, to review the statistical information about machine failures, to make improvements as necessary and to monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and safety standards.
83 Participate and support troubleshooting of machines to meet schedule and cost target.
83 Identifying key equipment and maintaining spare parts, checking purchased machine and spare parts.
83 Direct, evaluate, and develop maintenance-worker’s skills so that repair and service activities are completed accurately, safely, and on-time.
83 Prepare SOP, direct and train operator for machine operation
83 Responsible for production equipment data, drawings, file organization and storage
83 Participate in the improvement of technical specifications of new equipment and the upgrading of equipment in the future.
83 Supplier onsite management
83 Carry out Machinery / Equipment / Assembly / Disassembly activities when necessary.
Education and Experience
83 Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or machinery related majors;
83 2 years and above mechanical maintenance work experience, experience in rubber machinery such as extruder, plate vulcanizing machine is preferred;
83 Familiar with hydraulic system.
83 Familiar with Autocad drawing software.
83 Familiar with quality management system;
83 Able to read professional English materials, English speaking ability is preferred.
