The role of the Engineering Graduate Is designed to grow and develop the next generation of engineering professionals for the Semi divisions. Throughout the programme, the graduates will gain exposure to diverse engineering disciplines and contribute to the success of organisation.
The graduates will hold various roles as they rotate between engineering specialisms within the organisation. These will include new product introduction (NPI), technology, applications, and transformation. They will support projects that shape the future of the organisation and collaborate with global teams to better serve our customers.
At the end of the programme, the graduates will be well prepared to choose a career within our Engineering teams as a Systems Engineer, Lab Technician or Development Engineer.
Rotational Learning: Participate in a structured rotational program that exposes the graduates to various aspects of Engineering, including but not limited to: · Technology Projects · New Product Introduction - NPI · Applications · Field Service
