61 Prepare the WI and PFMEA for product, and discuss with QE to confirm the WI and PFMEA 61 Update the WI and PFMEA according to the request of customer audit or quality improvement or product EC etc. 61 WI training for operator in order to standardize the machine operation or process. 61 Responsible for manufacturing process improvement, production efficiency and quality improvement 61 Modify the tooling according to the request of customer or quality improvement or EC or efficiency improvement etc. 61 Complete and publish the revised tooling drawing in order to adapt for EC and improvement request. 61 Cooperate with QE to revise relative documents (WI & PFMEA etc.) for customer audit 61 Cooperate with QE to find the root cause and correct action for customer complaint in order to satisfy the customer 61 Study or Introduce new technologies into mass production to maximize yield and efficiency.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS 61 Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or mold major, 3 years mold design related working experience. 61 Be familiar with design tools such as Pro-E, AutoCAD，Moldflow\Moldex3D. 61 Know quality five tools like FMEA, SPC, APQP e.g. 61 Good communication skills with a cross functional team. 61 Ability to effectively communicate in English – Written and Spoken." 61 Good communication skills with a cross functional team. 61 Understand tolerance calculations and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. 61 Good project management skill – Ability to work on several projects at once
