-More than 5 years’ sales experience in machinery sales, with experience of air compressor or air treatment equipment is preferred 5年左右机械相关的销售经验,有空压机或空气后处理设备销售经验者优先 -At least 3 years’ sales management experience 3年以上销售管理经验 Knowledge/Educational requirements -Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent 本科及以上学历,机械工程相关专业 -Good computer skill 良好的计算机技能 -Good English skill both in reading & written, spoken is plus 良好的英语阅读和书写能力,有英语口语能力更佳 Personality requirements -Customer orientated以客户为导向 -Strong communication and negotiation skills较强的沟通和谈判技能 -Strong interpersonal skills较强的人际交往能力 -Self-motive, goal-oriented自我驱动,目标导向 -Teamwork spirit and win-win thinking较强的团队合作精神和双赢思维 -Having good adaptability and resilience具有良好的适应能力和韧性 -Good leadership较强的领导力 -Willing to travel愿意出差
