Job Description 1) Visit extensively customers to identity and develop new business opportunities and application base & maintain the existing business according to the defined Prototype & Sales target. This also includes product presentation, quotation and contract negotiation. 2) Ensuring the sales activities are in accordance with HQ guideline. Work closely with the application engineers both in POCLAIN Hydraulics China and POCLAIN Hydraulics HQ to ensure that safe products/services are delivered to customers and make sure POCLAIN Hydraulics guarantee conditions can be applied. 3) Provide feedback about the market situation, development and evolution. Participate in the annual sales forecast, marketing activities such as exhibitions, advertisement, etc… 4) Screening the local market trends to have our sales approach consistent with our marketing policy. 5) Promote POCLAIN products.
Requirements: 1) Bachelor degree major in mechanical engineering; 2) 5 years’ experience in technical sales preferably with OEM plants in China; 3) Good in interpersonal skills, being passion for sales works and ability to work with customers; 4) Proactive, self-motivated and results oriented; 5) Able to work under pressure and travel frequently in China; 6) Good command of written and spoken English.
