Work Content 工作内容: (1) Maintain existing customers, assist operators to complete the collection, improvement and transmission of the necessary information, and uploaded to company's internal systems. (2) Handle business matters such as sales quotation, contract signing, invoice issuance and payment follow-up during project execution. (3) Follow-up of cooperative projects, monthly bill sorting and payment collection. (4) Collation and analysis of monthly financial data, as well as follow-up of bad debts. (5) Daily customer maintenance and customer complaint handling. (6) Reserve personnel for the operation of second-party and third-party projects, and cooperate with the operation team to complete relevant technical work when necessary. (7) To welcome the visiting clients and to comprehensively coordinate daily sales work. (8) To arrange company participation in shows, exhibition, and conference.
Requirements 任职要求: Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ): To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.
Education/Experience (BMQ): (1)Required— bachelor’s in food science or relevant subjects, ie. Biological, chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural. (2)CET-4 or above, proficient in writing and reading, capable of engaging in simple English conversations. (3)Must have in depth understanding of audit and certification. (4)Minimum of 3 years with food safety work experience. (5)Experience in team building and integration of Sales team. (6)Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills and ability to work. Collaboratively with his/her technical, customer service team and with all other Operational Directors and Managers. (7)Experience in creating, implementing, maintaining, evaluating, enforcing and updating a Sales Control / Quality Assurance SOP’s programs.
