Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Build up KPS in our factory and maintain it with guideline from KB KPS organization.
2. Initiate improvement activities and courage all the employees to participate in improvement activities.
3. Responsible for collecting, assessing, implementing and awarding Gold-idea system.
4. Responsible for KPS audit and following up actions.
5. Responsible for training new employees on KPS knowledge.
6. Assistant Boost related activities.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or higher degree in technical background.
2.A minimum of 3 years related lean experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in Lean. And experience related to train system is preferred.
