职位要求：
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
船舶与海洋工程、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in ship design or related fields, with preference given to candidates with lifeboat design experience.
工作经验：至少2年以上船舶设计或相关领域工作经验，具备救生艇设计经验者优先。
专业知识：
Familiar with ship design processes, particularly lifeboat design
熟悉船舶设计流程，具备救生艇设计经验。
In-depth understanding of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) materials and their manufacturing processes.
对玻璃钢（FRP）材料的工艺有深入了解，能够处理玻璃钢制造中的技术问题。
Knowledge of ship structural design, hydrodynamics, and relevant regulatory standards
熟悉船舶结构设计、流体力学及相关规范标准。
Software Skills:
软件技能：
Proficient in using AUTOCAD, SolidWorks, or other 3D design software for ship design.
熟练使用AUTOCAD、SolidWorks或其他三维设计软件进行船舶设计。
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件。
Language Skills: Strong English reading / writing and oral skills, capable of reading and preparing technical documents
语言能力：熟练的的英语读写及口语交流的能力，能够阅读和编写技术文档。

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in lifeboat or small vessel design is highly preferred.
有救生艇或小型船舶设计经验者优先。
Familiarity with international ship design standards such as ISO and SOLAS is a plus.
熟悉ISO、SOLAS等国际船舶设计规范者优先。
Experience in FRP material processing or manufacturing is advantageous.
有玻璃钢材料加工或制造经验者优先
