About the job: Responsible for the preparation of production equipment maintenance management system, process implementation and record filing. Analyze the underlying problems of equipment failure and provide thorough solutions to continuously improve the equipment mobility. Responsible for the preparation and implementation of monthly maintenance plan, tracking implementation and assessment, collecting and sorting equipment maintenance records. Responsible for routine inspection, maintenance and regular inspection of equipment performance appraisal Responsible for on-site repair, reduce unplanned downtime loss, control maintenance quality. Responsible for the annual self-inspection, operation record, fault record and daily maintenance record of special equipment, and make the regular inspection of safety accessories on time Responsible for the management of fixed assets: equipment ledger; transfer; scrap review work and idle equipment in the plant maintenance work. Assist production line to upgrade, modify and adjust the existing equipment, continuously improve the equipment efficiency and improve the equipment reliability. Responsible for spare parts management: identify, add and safety stock; spare parts cost budget, implementation and control; Localization, alternative program development. Organize periodic maintenance related reports and provide reports. Responsible for the implementation of digital maintenance management software Equipment energy cost management and improvement. Maintenance overall cost management and improvement. Responsible for the safety, skill education, training and assessment of maintenance personnel, and provide maintenance technical support. At least 3 years' experience in mechanical industry. Good skill in PLC and Microsoft Office software. Simple spoken English, good at reading and writing English emails.
