Your tasks:
61 Collaboration and Networks:
61 Developing and maintaining partnerships with other companies, research institutions, and suppliers to share know-how, enhance innovation, and improve the overall performance of the industry.
61 Strategic Process Design and Optimization:
61 Leading the development and implementation of sophisticated technological processes that align with organizational objectives and product specifications. This involves conducting thorough analyses, simulations, and validations to ensure optimal process performance.
61 Operational Efficiency and Cost Management:
61 Spearheading initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce operational costs, and maximize productivity. This includes employing continuous improvement methodologies such as Technology and Innovation Leadership: Championing the integration of cutting-edge technologies and state-of-the-art equipment to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation in manufacturing processes. This includes staying abreast of industry trends and advancements and evaluating their applicability to current operations.
61 Regulatory Compliance and Safety Oversight: Ensuring all processes comply with stringent industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. This involves developing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
61 Mentorship and Team Development: Providing leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. This includes developing training programs, facilitating knowledge sharing, and promoting best practices.
61 Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing data analytics and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and process improvements. This involves collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, measure process performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
61 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various departments such as R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure seamless integration of processes and alignment with overall business goals. This includes participating in cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
61 Change Management:
61 The ability to adapt to dynamic changes in the global environment, including new technological trends, regulations, and customer expectations.
61 Implementation of Digitalization:
61 Integrating digital technologies and intelligent systems into manufacturing processes to enhance monitoring, control, and optimization of production. Cooperation in the implementation of MES systems.
61 CAPEX standardization:
61 Develop and document new standards for CAPEX planning and requisitions
61 Support creation of standards for the preparation of RFQs and RFIs & Technical specification.

Your profile:
61 Strong engineering background with a focus on mechanical engineering, process engineering, technology procurement or other relevant areas.(5+ years)Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
61 Experience in implementing new manufacturing technologies.
61 Ability to lead and adapt to changes in technology, regulations, and the business environment
61 Organizational & self-organization skills
61 English skills
61 Willingness to work in heterogenous, worldwide teams
