1. Design, documentation and testing of electrical systems and components making up the IFE door systems. (60%) 2. To demonstrate and encourage in others flexible thinking and a willingness to find solutions to support other departments where such support is required on business critical issues.(15%) 3. Take the lead in failure investigations of electrical items where the root cause cannot be readily established by electrical engineers and guide the investigation teams to evidence based root cause analysis. (10%) 4. Customer liaison and communication as required by project priorities or fault investigations (15%)
Requirements: University Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation or an another engineering field related to Railway and/or Safety/Maintenance engineering. Required Performed an Electrical/Electronic design based engineering role; Working experience in a railway or manufacturing engineering field; Possesses good familiarity with the requirements of EN50155, EN50121 or other international standards. Desired Project Management experience Authoring functional requirements for electro-mechanical control systems.
