Position Summary: 1. Follow products and Fabric development. 2. Follow and coordinate on product process, ensure qualified products are delivered timely. Accountabilities: (bullet points the specific tasks, projects and functions): 3. Communicate with US team, confirm production order details, including style, color, samples, quantity, delivery terms, etc. 4. Communicate with factories, confirm production process, schedule, sample and delivery, technical requirements, etc. 5. Follow fabric and product development, get final approval from customers or US team 6. Follow the whole production process, estimate and control production schedule; communicate with factories and internal cross functional teams to resolve problems in production, to ensure on time delivery of qualified products. 7. Communicate with Logistics, Operations Teams about shipping arrangement, resolve problems, make sure no delivery delay. 8. Work with US team, QA, Compliance on new product development, clarify all the details before bulk production, and communicate with factories to make sure they understand the changes and requirements. 9. Work closely with colleagues in TriOrca and Gerber, set up and keep good relations with factories and vendors. 10. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of sourcing/merchandising experience on apparel. Experience of apparel manufacturing, infant products merchandising is preferred. 2. Careful, clear thinking, positive 3. Honest, integrity, proactive, with strong team spirit. 4. Good at communication and coordination, result-oriented. Desired Education/Training 5. Bachelor degree. Major in English, International Trade is preferred. 6. CET-6 or above, good English communication skills, in both oral and written. 7. Good MS Office skills.
