1. Responsible for preparing control plan for prototype, trial run and serial production, implement the inspection accordingly, ensure manufacturing process be under control. 2. Adjust inspection requirements based on different characteristics with cooperation from other functions. Poka-yoke is preferred. 3. Create Q3 & Q4 in SAP when detect non-conformities during process control. 4. Carry out training to quality inspector if control plan/inspection sheet modified, training records must be retained accordingly. 5. Lead the product release from customers (coach builder and CR). 6. Stop production in case of deviation on product quality or deviation of production process. Lead cross function to complete the problem solving and make sure the production recovers timely. 7. Lead internal FAI and follow up action plan implementation. 8. Support external FAI. 9. Regular process audit based on planning. 10. Continuous improvement on internal process control to reduce quality risk. 11. Monthly review meeting for internal quality control. Weekly report need to be shared timely. 12. Requirements:
1. More than 5 years working experience of process quality control (Experience related to railway industry is preferred) 2. Skilled with quality control method (6σ) and other continuous improvement tools 3. Familiar with ISO9000 quality system (IRIS 22163 is preferred) 4. Familiar with VDA6.3 process audit 5. Be proactive and can work under pressure 6. University degree in quality control, mechanical, manufacturing, or materials science
