职位- 物流计划管理Logistics & Planning Job Description 1. Purchase contracts and shipment orders management: review and issue the purchase contracts & shipment orders to suppliers, manage the shipment delivery plan and contracts call-off with Group. 2. Suppliers Shipments Management: set up and maintain efficient communication between group and suppliers, coordinate and monitor the entire logistics process from orders placement to cargo delivery, ensuring timely shipment according to the Group demanding plan and requirements. 3. Timely and effectively communicate with Purchase, Quality and suppliers to solve problems which affect the on-time delivery with rapid response and proactive actions. 4. Consolidate the data of purchase contracts and Shipment orders and update timely, ensure the data completeness and accuracy. 5. Track global freight costs and market trend from suppliers to all different destination of Group timely, provide the valuable data analysis supporting for the effect and solutions of the global freight market changes to Group business operation globally.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor or Master majoring in English, international trade, logistics management and other related fields. 2. 1 - 5 years of working experience in foreign trade, international logistics and transportation industry, or talent new graduates. 3. Familiar with import & export processes, including customs, sea freight practice, air freight etc. 4. Proficient in English and Microsoft Office software. 5. Ambitious and interested in taking on challenges. 6.
