1. Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all relevant functions. 2. Responsible for planning, execution and delivery of high complex projects or portfolios in STIHL QD. 3. Responsible for defining and managing the project budget, resource and schedule. 4. Lead clear communication among global and local project teams, as well as communication with management and colleagues relevant to project 5. Lead trouble shootings within project phase 6. Lead project overall risk identification and management 7. Build up and maintain a high efficiency project team 8. New parts evaluation and other technical topics
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or plus in engineering 2. A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a project manager with technical background in new product development area with a proven track record of successful delivery, project roll-out 3. Demonstrate successful problem-solving skills 4. Fluency, written and spoken in English 5. Good presentation and excellent communication skills 6. Leadership ability of multifunctional team and skills to structure activities, target oriented 7. A conceptual thinker with strong attention to detail 8. Knowledge of hydrodynamics or battery products is an advantage
