任职要求Qualifications: 1. 统招本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理,信息技术等相关专业。具有5年以上后勤管理工作经验,有IT管理经验的候选人优先。 Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, etc. More than 5 years of experience in administration operation, candidates with IT management experience are preferred. 2. 熟练掌握办公软件。 Skilled at office software such Window office, WPS, etc. 3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、组织领导能力和团队合作精神,能够妥善处理各种人际关系和工作矛盾。 Have good communication and coordination skills, organizational leadership skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to properly handle various interpersonal relationships and work conflicts 4、具备良好的团队精神和抗压能力; 有条理且值得信赖, 具备良好的职业道德,遵守公司规章制度.
