- GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES（主要工作职责）
质量工程师的主要工作职责为负责过程质量管控&客户投诉管理。
Quality Engineer is mainly responsible for all process quality control and dealing with customer complaint:

1. 负责稳健过程设计的先期质量计划，作为PFMEA的主要贡献者和CP的所有者
Be responsible for advanced quality planning for robust process design, key contributor of PFMEA and owner of CP.
2. 负责过程质量控制，通过过程审核、工作纪律审核、过程能力研究等方式，保证过程质量
Be responsible for process quality control to guarantee built in quality via process audit, working discipline audit, process capability study and so on.
3. 熟练应用质量工具，组建CFT小组，解决质量问题,与CFT小组进行实际质量数据分析，启动质量改进项目
Organize quality trouble shooting with CFT and as problem solving expert. Initiate quality improvement project based on actual quality data analysis with CFT.
4. 负责生产过程中可疑产品的风险评估和质量判断，作为生产过程中质量判断的负责人
Be responsible for risk assessment and quality judgement of suspicious products in production, owner of quality judgement in production.
5. 领导所有客户对质量问题的审核/拜访，跟踪审核过程中发现的问题，直至解决问题.
Lead all customer audit/ visit about quality issues, follow up finding/open issue during the audit till close
6. 协调工厂和客户之间的客户投诉和售后调查索赔, 协调相关的分类和遏制，如有需要，提供所有客户调查报告。
Customer complaint and warranty investigation,claim negotiation, coordination between plant & customer, coordinate relative sorting and containment actions，all customer survey report if needed.
7. 参与工程变更管理和生产线工艺审核，从质量角度密切监控，推动已投产部件的工艺持续改进活动，废品率持续降低，支持VAVE和内部质量成本优化项目
Be engaged in engineering change management and production line process audit, drive process continual improvement actives for launched parts with close monitoring from quality perspective, scrap reduction continuously, support VAVE and quality cost reduction projects.

- JOB REQUIREMENTS（职位要求）:

1. 机械工程、工业工程或相关专业本科以上学历, 有相关工作经验者优先
Bachelor’s degree or above majored in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related area.
2. 英语四级及以上，可作为工作语言沟通交流
CET-4 or above, English can be used as a working language for communication.
3. 熟悉APQP&CP、SPC、FMEA、PPAP、8D、等质量管理工具和IATF16949
Knowledge of APQP & CP, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, quality management and IATF16949
4. 能够承受工作压力, 良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神
Under high work pressure and good at communication, with teamwork spirit.
