Responsibilities: 61 Lead the supplier sourcing and developing activities in Chinese and Asian region, together with local SQE/Logistic & Commodity Managers/Leading buyers in Europe. Maintain positive relationship with them for performance excellence. 61 Major responsible for electromechanics commodities. Can provide an overview picture of sourcing region status and be included in basic technical discussion. Familiar with camera, motor, switch, PCBA, sensor, etc. Meanwhile, with basic knowledge of metal parts. 61 Supplier Management: Act as the connecting bridge between the company's internal teams and suppliers. Ensure high efficiency - related matters, such as sample/tooling order, NTB developments, etc. 61 Commodity development and Management: including local commodity strategy definition and implementation; evaluating suppliers’ performance & risk and commercial & technical work results; conducting purchasing audits, supplier negotiation of contract & price. Ensuring compliance with the company's related standards. 61 Collaborate with cross function for all relevant tasks, cost reduction project, new project development, VA/VE, KCA (cost analysis) etc. Work together with SQE and Logistic as a procurement team to manage suppliers’ performance. 61 Know-how sharing: With structured knowledge on electromechanics, can deliver training. 61 Supporting to Group Commodity Manager on the market research of specified commodity. 61 Other tasks assigned by superior. Qualification: 61 Master or bachelor’s in engineering, electrical, electronics, automation, mechanical, or related fields. A background in robotics areas is a plus. 61 10 years of purchasing experience with 5 years sourcing electric & electronic experience. Preferred with above 3 years’ experience and knowledge of automobile, power-tools, i-mow, robot etc.is a plus. 61 Rich experience on electromechanics process and component marketing. Multiple-nation and cross-function projects develop experience. Meanwhile, with basic knowledge of metal forming process is preferred. is a plus. 61 Excellence negotiation and cost analysis skills. Teamwork player. 61 Experience in commodity strategy definition & implementation, familiar with purchasing contract negotiations. 61 Structured, analytical, speak with data and target- oriented work approach. Keep a positive attitude under working pressure. 61 Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English. Fluent in oral English. German is plus. 61 Be able to travel frequently.
