(Please specify the quality system name such as ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 in JRPC.) - Defines and/or explains clear work procedure and instructions for subordinates and also supervises subordinates closely to ensure their strict following. - Sets and explains clear competency and performance standards to subordinates and evaluates subordinates based on actual performance and also provides constructive feedback when necessary (e.g. when certain task is rated as Improvement needed or Unsatisfactory.) Qualification/Requirement: University degree in electrical/Automation engineering or above. A minimum 2 years practical experience in the automation/instrumentation industry, in maintenance, service or repair. Fluently in spoken and written English. Computer skills such as windows, office etc. Have a good thinking and solve problem capability , work independently. Good communication with team members and customer. Willing to travel. Working experience in a Paper/Pulp manufacture is a plus. Working experience in a foreign investment company is a plus
