Located in Shanghai; Reporting to the CEO Responsible to organize the roles and responsibilities of the Sales team members, to achieve the sales targets. Responsible to make the sales team members training plans and train new sales members. Responsible to organize the sales activities of the company: plan, assign and follow the tasks of the Sales team members and manage the Sales team members schedule and activities to achieve the sales targets. Responsible to track and support the input of the delivered projects and released products feedback issues in the company ERP system. Responsible to manage the team’s compliance to the company policies and regulations. Responsible to report the Sales activities, sales project status and team results to the CEO and to the other managers at the management team meetings. Support the definition of the annual sales plan, quarter plan and month plan, implement this plan and report to the CEO every week. Achieve the defined company sale targets. Responsible of all the payments from the customers. Support the good development of the customers. Develop customer’s relationships and partnerships. Organize the communications and coordination with other department. Follow ongoing project, work with PM to satisfy customer. Review the cost analysis for each project and report to GM for quoting strategies evolutions. Make distributor development plan and distributor management system. Make training plan and training material for distributors. Support the company products studies and definitions for specific Automotive controllers and specific industries such as Electric Vehicle industry Do market studies to find the industry trends and support the advanced concepts of the company future products to match the future of the addressed industries
Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Business Proficient in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical
At least 2 years Sales team management experience At least 5 years working experience in equipment sales Familiar with the Automotive market development situation. Previous experience in Automotive is a plus Other Ability to work in a hectic environment targeting customer satisfaction; Open minded and team player; Available to travel frequently: weekly travels in the Shanghai and neighbor provinces, bi-weekly travels in other more distant provinces
