一、Job responsibilities
1 Sales front line for enclosures, automation control cabinet/panel, Junction box, injection moulding products achieving sales targets.
2 Identifying, establishing and maintaining effective sales plan to meet with customer needs and expectation, able to create/lead customized solution offer. Ensures a positive customer service experience.
3 Preparing offers in coordination with engineering and production team. Ensures appropriate technical and commercial aspects of offers, including prices, terms of payment, delivery terms and other terms and conditions.
4 Responsible for mmarket research, marketing promotion plan, product design and business review that enable to provide additional growth and revenue growth.
5 Ensuring that market information (monitoring of competitors, offerings to customers, price levels) is updated and documented.
6 Conducting regular report and review with manager.

6 与经理进行定期报告和评审。

二、Job requirements
1 A Bachelor’s or master’s degree majored in science or engineering (automation or electrical related major is preferred, *** university is preferred).
2 More than 3 years of experiences on sales, business development, account management.
3 Be proactive and take initiative.
4 Willing to learn and self-motivation.
5 Teamwork and self-management.
6 Responsible and stable, self-driven with work pressure, strong communication, customer-focused mindset. Result oriented sales experts.
7 Fluent English both written and oral.
8 Willing to travel, 20-50% business travel to visit customers.
9 Based in Pujiang, Minhang, Shanghai.

2 3年以上销售、业务拓展、客户管理经验。
