Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market assessment to identify and prioritize potential markets/customers
2. Set sales plans, budgets, objectives, strategies, and initiatives to fulfill the growth goal
3. Actively support the coordination of New Business Development projects and other initiatives aiming to expand business with the designated account.
4. Develop strong customer relationships with key strategic accounts
5. Ensure that the account receivables (AR/DSO) are kept on or below the level defined by the payment terms in the commercial agreement
6. Leverage existing relationship within the account to identify emerging needs which may translate into new business opportunities
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering preferred;
2. At least 3 years of successful track record in sales & marketing in relevant industry;
3. Fastener or components sales experience with tier one preferred;
4. Eager to achieve goals, target oriented management style;
5. Self-motivated;
6. Strategic and operational thinking;
7. Good personality and communication skills to talk to people on all hierarchy levels;
8. Willingness to travel intensively.
