Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross functional dept on different production assembly line;

• To plan & coordinate production/equipment/machine movement/layout, consider 3M flow (Manpower flow, Material flow & Message flow);

• Optimize tooling and working station for improve process capability & productivity;

• Set up and maintain the rated database in SAP system;

• Assist new process implementation training and support the training for the new operators;

• Written translation of the training materials;

• To optimize assembly manual line and keep on improving it;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering, mechatronic preferred;

• More than 2 years practical experience in assembly planning, preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture;

• Familiar with computer (Excel, Word and Auto CAD)

• Good coordinating and communication skills;

• Ability of design and solve process problem by oneself;

• Knowledge and experience with planning software systems, SAP is preferred;

• Good English language skills both oral and written, German is preferred;

工艺工程师  

岗位职责:

1. 根据技术标准及结合生产实际情况，优化机械零件的工艺流程，编制装配工艺文件；

2. 检验工装、夹具的适用性、可靠性，不断改进工装、夹具；

3. 负责对工作定额、劳动定额进行测定，确保生产线平衡及提高作业效率；

4. 协助生产车间改进装配工艺条件，包括车间工艺布局及工位布置，提高产品质量及产量；

5. 定期对生产一线员工进行装配工艺培训；

    

任职要求:

1. 本科以上学历，机械或电气工程背景，机电一体化优先；

2. 良好的英语或德语交流技能（包括书面和口语）；

3. 良好的团队精神和较强的沟通及协调能力；

4. 动手能力强，工作谨慎细心；

5. 具有较强的工作责任心；

6. 工作积极主动，思维开阔；

7. 熟练使用办公自动化及Auto-CAD软件等；

8. 有工装设计经验者尤佳；
