Job Summary: As a Key Account Manager at our company, you will play a vital role in sales and business development. You will be responsible for both maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients, while also identifying new business opportunities within industries such as automotive, industrial controlling, railway, medical devices, defense and aerospace. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Directly sell company products and solutions to new and existing clients, meeting sales targets. - Develop new customer relationships, with a primary focus on research and development departments within industries mentioned above, nationwide. - Maintain and nurture existing client accounts, uncovering new needs and increasing customer satisfaction and performance. - Independently manage and follow through the entire sales process, including product presentations, project tracking, business negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection. - Collaborate with other departments, including technical, business, and finance teams, to provide professional services to clients. - Provide detailed reports to supervisors regularly and complete other relevant tasks assigned by supervisors. - Participate in and support related marketing activities. - Travel up to 30%~50% of the time.
Qualifications: 1. At least 1 year of sales experience in computer software or hardware, or 2 years of experience in software technology-related roles. 2. Associate's degree or higher in fields such as computer science, automation, automotive, electronics, electrical engineering, or mathematics. 3. Basic English reading and writing skills, with a requirement of CET4 level or equivalent. 4. Excellent expression and communication abilities. 5. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage daily tasks effectively in a multitasking environment. 6. Experience in automotive electronics or defense industries is a plus. 7. Comfortable with short-term business travel.
