工作职责：
1. Take part in new product development as quality representative to evaluate quality risk; Issue internal specification/QC chart according to customer specification.
参与产品开发过程中有关品质审查；根据客户品质要求制定内部质量控制表/QC工程图。
2. Regarding process deviation Analyze and Push manufactory department to correct them; then Trace the corrective and preventive actions.
生产过程中发生的质量问题的分析、处理、追踪；制定纠正、预防和改进措施，并跟踪验证，防止异常事故再发生。
3. Handle customer complain----assist with responsible department to issue 8D report and audit it.
对外部客诉进行分析，并追踪落实改善行动。
4. Train the correlative people about quality knowledge and others.
对相关人员进行品质意识/品质知识的宣导及培训。
5. In suitable condition implement the corresponding tasks arranged by the supervisor.
在合情、合理、合法情形下完成公司安排的其他与品质相关的工作。


任职资格：
1.Above junior college
大专科以上学历
2.One years of quality engineer experience(experience in plastic injection/decoration is best)
有1年以上QE相关工作经验（有塑料成型/二次加工等行业经验为***）
3.Be proficient in QC 7 tools(new and old); Familiar with senior quality tools: such as sampling plan/SPC/SIGMA and etc; Good knowledge about ISO9001 system
能熟练运用QC新老七大工具；了解抽样方法/SPC/6sigma等质量工具；对ISO9001质量管理体系有一定了解
4.Good skills in communication/organize/analyze
有良好的人际沟通、组织协调、分析能力
5.Familiar with office software; English skill: Good reading and writing(Oral is best)
熟悉OFFICE办公软件；英语读写良好（英语口语可沟通为***）
6.Strong responsibility, honest, respected, able to work in pressure
工作积极主动认真，敢于承担责任
7.Have the basic knowledge of statistical
