1、按要求收集新客户资料并进行整理（公司资源或通过互联网方式或者线下展会等方式进行收集）；
2、通过电话与客户进行有效沟通，了解客户需求；
3、通过收集到的信息进行电话沟通，了解并确认客户需求；将意向客户交外勤销售上门拜访持续跟进，密切配合销售工作；
4、定期与合作客户进行沟通，建立良好的长期关系。


任职资格：
1、乐观开朗，口齿清晰，普通话流利，语音富有感染力；
2、具备较强的学习能力和沟通能力；
3、有强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度；
4、性别不限，年龄22-40岁，高中及以上学历，有无相关工作经验均可，公司提供带薪岗前专业培训，有一年客服或电话沟通工作经验者优先录用。


薪酬福利:
1、无责任底薪5000-8000，+绩效1000+提成，
2、朝九晚六，每天工作7.5小时（中午12：00—13：30为午休时间）
3、享受国家正规节假制度：周六日双休及国家规定的节假日。
4、五险一金、员工旅游、不定期的团队聚会等等。过节福利发放。
