Job Description: 1. Project management from feasibility study to completion of high-end retail store projects 2. Prepare overall project planning, design development, tendering & co-ordination for smooth project implementation 3. Lead production of interior architectural drawings 4. Fully communicate with clients about general interior design, to plan and execute creative design, and to collaborate with other consultants and contractors 5. Handle other job-related duties & ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design or relevant discipline 2. Minimum 5 years professional experience in luxury retail, candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant project manager 3. Able to handle project independently 4. Strong in drawing skill, documentation skill, tendering, construction sequences & details 5. Must be organized, committed, self-motivated and hard working with good attitude and team spirit 6. Proficiency and efficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD 7. Fluent English & Putonghua is Must 8. Need to station in Shanghai
