Designing and calculating machines and mechanisms at a conceptual level (even details, if necessary). 概念层面上的设备设计和计算（有可能需要详细层面的）
Running process simulations, MLP,MCP analysis.工艺模拟，分析（包括数模，产品，焊点，定位孔和截面）
Definition jigs according to KCP product parts 设计夹具并做相关选型
Definition of the process sequence (signals) + pneumatic definition 工艺时序和气动的定义
Liaising with the project team to establish communication. 与项目团队建立联系
Monitoring and executing his/her own project. 监控项目的执行
Preparing all necessary documentation for assembly and testing. 准备相关装配和调试需要额文档



职能要求：

Engineering degree 工科专业
English (other languages a plus) 英语
3 to 5 years in a similar job有3-5年汽车行业项目的经验（白车身、焊装相关）
CATIA user 熟练使用CATIA
Advanced AutoCAD user 使用AUTOCAD
Famililar with commercial components such as welding gun,robot,motor,cylinder,index table 熟悉常用的商业外购件，比如焊枪，机器人，电机，气缸，分度转台的选型
