Main accountabilities Establish and manage a cross-function project team, clarify project targets (PR, TTP, FRI, OEE, FTQ etc)
? Introduce and lead the agreement from customer and MJCN management team requirements/expectations to project team and lead team to realize it;
? Develop strong relationships and manage the communication / negotiation with customer as the official M+H representative during project development phase;
? Focus on internal and external conflict management and resolve issues include resource, technical, quality, financial with his/her team during project developing phase;
? Report/escalate Project status to steering committee and optimize utilization of project resource of company;
? Define team member’s objective and assignments, develop and implement appropriate action plans accordingly;
? Daily project management, drive and coordinate team members and related departments to reach internal and external milestones; (Gates, delivery, R@R, PPAP etc)
? Organize regular project meeting, evaluate the potential risks / opportunities and implement action plans with team;
? Track and monitor projects via required project documents and M+H project management tools;(CDB, c-Projects, x-SEP, TCF etc.)
? Ensuring APQP outputs being timely generated and documented
? Define project investment scheme, track and control the project cost to assure it in line with initial planning,
? Lead project team to improve financial index during project lifecycle, optimize project investment and product cost, and improve project profit via engineering change;
? Ensure smooth program transfer from Project Development Phase to Production Phase; Organize key project information to ensure project continuity and to contribute to knowledge/lessons learn management;
Job Requirements University degree in Mech. Or plastic Minium 5 years of job experience in an industrial evironment and a product/process or other main functions experience a plus; Solid knowledge and strong experience in project management Good at team work and excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills; Capability to lead, inspire and motivate a team via good planning, coordination, priority setting, task delegated Can introduce, represent to internal and external team clearly and logically; Good communication, listens well and responds, good express, deplomatic behavior to internal and external contactors; Project management knowledge, work package breakdown, planning and OPL tracking, esclation and assign tasks in indefined area; Know M+H product / process basically for assigned projects, can has normal communication with internal and external customers on these field; Knows APQP clearly, understand customer and M+H quality management requirements depends on his/her business area, when send what by whom on each devation or milestone; Understand M+H project finance report (PER) and the meaning of each key factors; Strong financial knowledge to analysis key index of PER and SD report, and find out direction via reading these reports; To know the impact of each assumptions used for calculation; Know M+H management system, familier to PM related procedure and tools (MMS, x-SEP, CDB, TCF) Deeply understanding on project management documents, and can lead his/her team to complete them integrated, such like Gate Report, PCF, PCR_DCR, Risk Assessment, IPPDS etc) Fluent in both written and oral English. Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Power Point, Excel); Know M+H management system, familier to PM related procedure and tools (MMS, x-SEP, CDB, TCF) Team working spirit. High responsible.
